Sunday 10th May

Not many sightings in on this winter's day. A Garganey flew north in a small flock of Guillemots  past Marine Drive early this morning. 2 Curlews were at Seamer Mead and a Sedge Warbler was singing by Crab Lane railway crossing. The Pink-footed Goose was still at Seamer Road Mere, where there were 70 House Martins, 55 Sand Martins and 35 Swallows grounded. On Fylingdales Moor, east of the A169, there were 2 Whinchats, 4 Stonechats, 2 Wheatears and a Grey Wagtail.
