Also passing South Bay/Holbeck this morning were a Manx Shearwater and 13 Great Skuas heading north, plus one Great Skua, an Arctic Skua and 2 Velvet Scoters south. 5 Lapland Buntings were again in the stubble field this morning at Long Nab, where a Sooty Shearwater, 2 Pale-bellied Brent Geese, 6 Great Skuas and a Puffin flew past. In the afternoon a Sandwich Tern was again feeding off Long Nab, while 7 Little Gulls flew north and a Manx Shearwater flew south. The Mealy Redpoll was in Holbeck Ravine again, and at Seamer Tip pool 51 Fieldfares left the hedge and flew south. Passing South Cliff this afternoon/evening were 30 Eider heading north and 2 south.
