In Dalby Forest today a
Ring-tailed Harrier was seen over New Close Rigg, while a
Turtle Dove, a
Goshawk, a Tree Pipit and a Garden Warbler were seen at Jerry Noddle. A
Cuckoo was spotted in Wrench Green, while in Troutsdale a Kingfisher was up the river and a Goshawk and 2 juveniles were flying in the forestry. At Long Nab this evening 41 Common Scoter flew north, 6 Sandwich Terns flew south and 2 north, 3 Oystercatchers flew south, and 9 Puffins were on the water.
