Ringed Plover, 2 Sanderling, Dunlin, 30 Common Terns, 40 Sandwich Terns, Yellow Wagtail (south) at Jackson's Bay. The Osprey was again in the Ellerburn valley. A Little Egret at Seamer Road Mere. A Caspian Gull by the harbour mouth. Two Little Egrets and Kingfisher at Brompton ponds. Flocks of House Sparrows in many areas of the district at the moment, an impressive 150 at Cayton Bay.
