Highlights past Long Nab included Osprey, 143 Pink-footed Geese, 34 Red-throated Divers, 1cy Caspian Gull, 15 Swifts, 1554 House Martins, 8 Sand Martins, 765 Meadow Pipits. One Wheatear there. Several other areas saw southbound Pink-footed Geese: Newby (35), Burniston (38), Allerston (74), Ellerburn (270), Thornton le Dale (110), Dalby (240), Fylingdales Moor (150). The juvenile Cuckoo remains in Burniston village. The Little Ringed Plover is still at Wykeham East Lake. A 1cy Caspian Gull at Scalby Mills. Little Egret at Jackson's bay / Scalby Beck.
