Castle Hill: 37 Pink-footed Geese, Sandwich Tern, 7 Common Terns,  Yellow-browed Warbler, 20 Dunnocks, 26 Robins, 3 Goldcrest. 

Burton Riggs: Mute Swan + 8 cygnets, Cormorant.

Scalby Mills: 30 Wigeon, 5 Common Terns, 6 Herons.

Wrench Green: 2 Dippers, 2 Kingfisher, Grey Wagtail.

Sycarham Wood: 2 Jays, 60 Meadow Pipits, 2 Stonechats, 8 Reed Buntings.

Cloughton Wyke: 2 Little Egrets, 3 Bar-tailed Godwits, Golden Plover, 14 Red-throated Divers, 26 Teal, Wigeon past. 21 Robins present.

Dalby Forest: 170+ Pink-footed Geese flew south.

Ravenscar: 30 Robins, 10 Song Thrush, Redwing, Wheatear.

Crossgates: Adult Mediterranean Gull flew south. 

Wykeham Lakes: 15 Egyptian Geese, 3 Pink-footed Geese, 14 Teal, 4 Wigeon, Little Egret.

Wednesday 30th September

Rillington: A flock of 10 Herons flew high west. 

Crossgates: Whimbrel flew NW.

Cloughton Pond: Great White Egret flew south.

Scalby Mills: 9 Wigeon, 5 Ringed Plover.

Castle Hill: 2 Yellow-browed Warblers., 31 Song Thrush, Blackcap, Chiffchaff, 20 Robin, 17 Long-tailed Tit.

Long Nab: 2 Little Egrets.

Gristhorpe Bay area: Grey Plover (north), 28 Golden Plover (south), 2 Ravens, Wheatear, 9 Stonechats, 66 Robins, 176 Meadow Pipits, Yellow-browed Warbler, 53 Song Thrush, 7 Redwings, Ring Ouzel, 10 Reed Buntings.

Thornton le Dale: 2 dippers, 2 Grey Wagtails.

Throxenby Mere: Kingfisher.

Wykeham lakes: Little Egret, 2 Brambling.

Burniston village: 32 Tree Sparrows.

Lots of reports today, here are the highlights:

Long Nab: 27 Pale-bellied Brent Geese, Juv Sabine's Gull, Long-tailed Skua, 132 Little Gull, Mediterranean Gull, Caspian Gull, Merlin, Kingfisher, Short-eared Owl, Ring Ouzel, 3 Wheatears, 65 Robins, 13 Redwing, Yellow-browed Warbler, 16 Brambling.

Gristhorpe/Lebberston Cliffs: Yellow-browed Warbler, Willow Warbler, Garden Warbler, 19 Redwing, 3 Wheatears, Pied Flycatcher, 76 Robins, 12 Brambling, 11 Lesser Redpolls.

Burniston village: 2 Brambling.

Jackson's Bay: 2 Bar-tailed Godwits, Dunlin.

Marine Drive: Wheatear.

Castle Hill: 2 Yellow-browed Warblers, 5 Brambling, 9 Redpoll, 4 Siskin, 2 Blackcap, Willow Warbler, and a Lapland Bunting flew west.

Scalby Beck: Redstart.

Scarborough: 3 Brambling Hillcrest Ave.

Seamer tip pool: Great White Egret, 4 Shoveler, 14 Gadwall, Golden Plover (over).

Crossgates: Green Sandpiper sound recorded over at night.
