At Potter Brompton Carr (no general access) there were 2 Shelduck, 2 Shoveler, a Wood Sandpiper, a Black-tailed Godwit, a Wheatear and the first 2 Reed Warbler of the year, another Wood Sandpiper was on Scalby Lodge Pond along with a Bar-tailed Godwit though neither were present long due to the Dog walking problem!
At Seamer Tip there were 2 Wheatear and a Whinchat, 3 Wheatear were along Marine Drive, 1 Common Sandpiper was on Flotmanby Carr and 10 Sandwich Tern were in North Bay.
A short migration watch at Long Nab produced the following (south unless stated) 14 Gannet + 2 north, 11 Common Scoter north, 5 Sandwich Tern north, 1 Auk sp + 58 north, 1 Swift, 56 Swallow and 8 House Martin north.
