Sunday 13th June
A Cuckoo was seen flying north along the cliff at Crook Ness this morning. During a 3 hour watch over Dalby Forest fron Nabgate there were 6 sightings of a Goshawk, one Honey Buzzard, one Red Kite and 20+ Common Buzzards, including displaying birds. Also seen were a Sparrowhawk, 3 Tree Pipits, 2 Crossbills and a Redstart.
