Migration watch; 07.25 - 09.50hrs and 10.45 - 12.30hrs.
Another fantastic day for passage with the following; (south unless stated) 4 Red-throated Diver, 5 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 11 Whooper Swan, 990 Pink-footed Goose, 1 Teal north, 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Kestrel, 1 Golden Plover north, 1 Lapwing in off and west, 1 Jack Snipe in off and south, 7 Snipe in off and south, 1 Curlew north, 69 Wood Pigeon, 212 Skylark, 4 Swallow, 3 House Martin, 33 Meadow Pipit + 2 north, 4 Rock Pipit + 1 north, 2 Grey Wagtail, 3 Alba, 4 Blackbird, 1 Song Thrush, 2 Blue Tit, 2 Magpie, 10 Rook, 19 Starling, 60 Tree Sparrow, 58 Chaffinch, 1 Greenfinch + 2 north, 35 Goldfinch, 1 Siskin, 211 Linnet + 7 north, 1 Lapland Bunting, 6 Yellowhammer and 3 Reed Bunting.
Migrants seen between Ravenscar and Castle Hill were 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 35 Robin, 1 Whinchat, 2 Stonechat, 1 Wheatear, 2 Blackcap, 9 Chiffchaff, 3 Goldcrest, 4 Jay, 6 Reed Bunting.
