There
wasn’t a lot of movement today at Long Nab but the highlights included 5 Wigeon
(S), 8 Red-throated Divers (S), a Dunlin (S), an adult Mediterranean Gull (S),
2 Stock Doves (S), 25 House Martins (S), a Starling in off the sea, 21 Meadow
Pipits (S) and 78 Goldfinches (S).
At
Scalby Mills a Great Skua was lingering off shore and there were 34 Wigeon, 5
Kittiwakes and 2 Sandwich Terns and on Castle Hill there was a Yellow-browed Warbler with the tit
flock on the northern slope.
