At Potter Brompton Carr (NB most of birds not viewable from Haybridge at the moment); 6 Little Ringed Plover, 3 Green Sandpiper, 2 Curlew, 19 Teal, 11 Little Egrets, and a Kingfisher. A pair of Spotted Flycatchers at Wrench Green. The Great White Egret still at Seamer Road Mere, 4 broods of Coot there. A Whimbrel heard over Eastfield. At flooded fields south of Burniston; 4 Teal, 2 Mandarin, Little Egret, 11 Curlews, 160 Black-headed Gulls. Two Heron nests at Johnson's Marsh both with two young. Two Common Sandpipers, 14 Tufted Duck at Burton Riggs. The Quail still at Long Nab, 7 Wigeon, 46 Teal flew north, 8 Arctic Skuas south. A Greenshank was heard over Middle Deepdale at 11.35pm.
