Sunday 25th April
Stoupe Brow, Ravenscar was well covered today and produced a 3 Golden Plover, 6 Curlew, Short-eared Owl, Red Grouse, 2 Ring Ouzels, 5 Wheatears. Singing Grasshopper Warblers were found at Long Nab and South Cliff Golf Course. 4 Willow Warblers were at Reasty Bank. A pair of Lapwing north of Hutton Buscel. At Wykeham Lakes there were still 5 Pink-footed Geese, Snipe, Common Sandpiper, 2 Whitethroats, 3 Reed Warblers, 3 Sedge Warblers, and a singing Corn Bunting near East Lake. A Green Sandpiper was sound recorded over Crossgates last night.
