On the move (north unless stated) were 1 Pale-bellied Brent Goose south, 228 Wigeon + 4 south, 174 Teal + 15 south, 145 Common Scoter, 13 Red-throated Diver + 39 south, 32 Fulmar + 3 south, 10 Manx Shearwater, 5 Grey Heron + 2 south, 440 Gannet south, 1 Shag south, 6 Cormorant + 28 south, 3 Lapwing south, 3 Ringed Plover south, 2 Curlew south, 15 Redshank, 25 Knot, 29 Dunlin, 104 Kittiwake, 161 Black-headed Gull + 72 south, 17 Common Gull + 7 south, 65 Great Black-backed Gull south, 1 Lesser Black-backed Gull, 15 Sandwich Tern + 4 south, 12 Common Tern, 13 Auk so + 1 south, 1 Kestrel south, 5 Skylark south, 75 Swallow south, 4 House Martin south, 3 Starling south, 7 Tree Sparrow south, 2 Alba south, 285 Meadow Pipit south, 2 Rock Pipit + 1 south, 1 Chaffinch south, 48 Linnet south, 16 Goldfinch south, 2 Yellowhammer south and 3 Reed Bunting south.
In the Long Nab area were 1 Black-tailed Godwit, 1 Willow Tit, 17 Chiffchaff, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 1 Whitethroat, 14 Goldcrest, 1 Song Thrush, 14 Robin, 1 Stonechat and 1 Wheatear.
At Ravenscar there were 3 Wheatear, 15 Song Thrush, 10 Chiffchaff, 60 Meadow Pipit and 5 Siskin, 19 Wigeon were at Scalby Mills with another 6 on nearby Johnson’s Marsh along with 17 Grey Heron.
