On the move (south unless stated) were 1 Shelduck, 2 Wigeon, 169 Teal + 97 north, 7 Common Scoter north, 2 Fulmar + 2 north, 1 Little Egret, 5 Cormorant, 1 Golden Plover, 2 Ringed Plover, 1 Curlew + 2 north, 11 Turnstone in off, 2 Redshank, 14 Knot, 2 Sanderling, 1 Dunlin, 6 Black-headed Gull + 21 north, 2 Common Gull + 2 north, 9 Sandwich Tern north, 5 Common Tern north, 1 Swift, 1 Kestrel, 12 Skylark, 77 Sand Martin, 2432 Swallow, 1665 House Martin, 1 Whinchat passed briefly before heading off high south, 3 Tree Sparrow, 3 Flava, 2 Alba, 1318 Meadow Pipit, 1 Tree Pipit, 57 Linnet and 18 Goldfinch.
Two Willow Warbler were in Crook Ness, 49 Turnstone were in the Harbour, 3 White and 1 Grey Wagtail were around Scalby Beck, 17 Teal and 2 Wigeon were on Johnson’s Marsh and 17 Ringed Plover, 9 Dunlin, 3 Sanderling and a Bar-tailed Godwit were in Jackson’s Bay.
