In Osgodby 4 Waxwings were seen very briefly in a tree by The Poacher’s Barn before heading off to the south; at Holbeck Car Park there were 13 Mediterranean Gulls (2x1st winter, 3x2nd winter and 8 adults); on Seamer Road Mere 6 pairs of Goosanders and in Peasholm Park a 2^nd winter Mediterranean Gull.

In Thornton-le-Dale Hawfinches were seen in the churchyard where there were 4 and in the private garden a ♂ and ♀ were reported.
