A Red Kite seen circling over Wykeham village. A Merlin flew over Scalby Beck. South past Long Nab: Little Egret, 49 Swallows, Corn Bunting. Turtle Dove in Broxa Forest, plus Willow Tit and Redstart. A Turtle Dove singing in Cloughton. Two Willow Tits in Wykeham Forest. A Spotted Flycatcher in Forge Valley. At Wykeham Lakes: 2 Shelduck, 4 Teal, Little Ringed Plover, Curlew, Yellow Wagtail, 6 Tree Sparrows (near entrance). Two Great White Egrets, Marsh Harrier Potter Brompton Carr. Common Sandpiper Johnson's Marsh. Egyptian Goose over Cayton Bay. In the evening a Nightjar was heard near the Wykeham Forest Raptor Viewpoint car park.
