The three Curlew Sandpipers were still at Potter Brompton Carr. Two Red Grouse were seen at the Jugger Howe Nature Trail (no parking at the site at the moment). A Kingfisher at Peasholm Glen. At Wykeham East Lake: 7 Shoveler, 6 Teal, Little Ringed Plover, 8 Lapwing, 11 Tufted Duck. A Red Kite at Dalby Forest. At Scalby Mills: 4 Curlew, 3 Redshank, 9 Oystercatchers, 3 Turnstone, 4 Herons. A Swift south over Burniston. Highlights moving south past Long Nab included 52 Swifts, 480 House Martins, 15 Sand Martins, 6 Arctic Terns.
