Monday 18th November

150 Pink-footed Geese were seen flying south over the junction of the A169 and Old Wives Way this morning, and the Great Northern Diver and a Red-throated Diver were both in the harbour again. Highlights passing Long Nab include a Pomarine Skua, a Little Auk, 3 Goosanders, 2 Snow Buntings and 10 Common Eider. A Great White Egret was in a ploughed field east of Seamer Tip Pool, and 40 to 50 Collared Doves were on the phone wires at Carr House Farm, Cayton.
