Migration watch; 06.20 - 08.10hrs.
The 14th didn't really live up to expectations despite the promising weather conditions.
Migrant wise Castle Hill and South Cliff failed to produce anything other that presumed local breeders while Long Nab held just 4 Willow Warbler and a Whinchat!
Grounded waders on Johnson's Marsh were 2 Common and 2 Green Sandpiper, a Teal was also present there.
On the move (north unless stated) were 6 Cormorant, 29 Fulmar, 3 Manx Shearwater, 6 Teal + 11 south, 108 Common Scoter, 2 Arctic Skua + 3 south, 1 Pomarine Skua south, 31 Black-headed Gull, 7 Common Gull south and 13 Common Tern.
