The
2♂ Garganey remained for another day
on Johnson’s Marsh where there was also 6 Teal, 3 Wigeon and 2 Oystercatchers;
nearby at Scalby Mills 73 Wigeon, 4 Purple Sandpipers and 16 Redshanks and at
Wykeham South Lake today just 5 Goldeneye and 8 Common Buzzards.
In
Falsgrave Park there was a singing male Blackcap, the Black Redstart was still
on Royal Albert Drive and the Great
Northern Diver was still in the harbour.
