A Great Northern Diver flew north past Cornelian early this morning and possibly the same bird passed Long Nab shortly afterwards. Also north past Long Nab this morning were seven Pink-footed Geese, two Shelduck and an adult Lesser Black-backed Gull. 60 Lapwing flew NW over Middle Lane, Hutton Buscel and four Lesser Redpoll were at Seamer Tip pool. 53 Wigeon, 23 Coot, one Goldeneye, 83 Lapwing, one Great crested Grebe and four Oystercatcher were at North Yorkshire Water Park (Wykeham East Lake). 42 Whooper Swans were in the filed near to Ings Farm, Long Causeway Road, Wykeham. A Raven was heard at Stoupe Brow, a Great Egret was at Ruston Carr bridge and a Little Egret was at Brompton. An adult Mediterranean Gull was at Scalby Mills.
