A female Tawny Owl was calling at 0420hrs at Burniston and a Barn Owl was hunting in Roxby Manor Fields, Thornton Dale. A female Goosander was at Peasholm Park along with a charm of 26 Goldfinch and approximately 80 Starlings were on a field off Carr Lane, East Ayton. 31 Fulmar were counted on Castle Headland and approximately 170 Lapwing flew south over Seamer Tip Pool. A Mediterranean Gull was at Seamer Road Mere along with the resident Whooper Swan and two Mistle Thrush were between Cloughton and Burniston. A Short-eared Owl, Barn Owl, one Willow Tit and four Marsh Tit were at Long Causeway Road, Wykeham.
