The Pied Flycatcher was still in Crook Ness gully at Long Nab, also a Grasshopper Warbler at Long Nab, 2 Green Sandpipers flew in off the sea, and southbound were Marsh Harrier, 8 Shoveler, and a Greenshank. A Marsh Harrier at Cayton Bay. Egyptian Goose at Seamer Road Mere, a brood of Tufted Ducks there (2 young). A Green Sandpiper, 2 Oystercatchers at East Lake, NY Water Park. A Spotted Flycatcher on the north side of Castle Hill, plus a family party at Ellerburn. A Common Sandpiper at Scalby Mills, Dunlin plus 6 Ringed Plover at nearby Jackson's Bay.
