A Little Auk was seen at Scalby Mills mid-afternoon, also 15+ Ringed Plovers. Two Great Northern Divers at the harbour. A Hawfinch on a garden feeder at Heron Lane, Crossgates mid-morning. The Kingfisher again at the Open Air Theatre. Three Ravens in Troutsdale. A drake Goosander, 99 Mallards, 10 Tufted Ducks, 8 Moorhens Peasholm Park Lake, and Dipper still in the Glen. A Great Skua flew south at Long Nab, Goldeneye flew north. A flock of 500+ finches at Ellerburn had 7+ Brambling, and 200+ Chaffinches, Greenfinches and Yellowhammers. An amazing 600 Skylarks and 300 Chaffinches in stubble fields north of Thornton-le-Dale. 11 Pink-footed Geese east over Seamer tip plus 22 at Salt Pans Road, Cloughton. Also 6 Redwing, Grey Wagtail and 400 Woodpigeons there. At Low Marishes: 10 Mute Swans, Golden Plover, 360 Lapwing, 5 Grey Partridge, 32 Fieldfare, 78 Redwing, 3 Common Buzzards. The Red-necked Grebe was still at Wykeham East Lake, also around the complex were 13 Goldeneye, 7 Common Snipe, Water Rail, 15 Fieldfare, 3 Redwings. Two Shoveler still at Johnson's Marsh. Two Great White Egrets, 2 Little Egrets, 100 Golden Plover, 60 Lapwing, Peregrine at Potter Brompton Carr.
