A second calendar year
Iceland Gull was seen briefly at Scalby Mills at 10.40am before drifting north. A drake Pintail (with a yellow ring) was at Johnson's Marsh and a tame drake on Peasholm Park in the afternoon was presumably the same bird. A Water Rail was seen at the cut reedbed at the Open Air Theatre. A "Bridled" Guillemot was in the harbour (second day).
