A Great Northern Diver flew south past Long Nab early morning, and 280+ Pink-footed Geese flew north. A third calendar year Mediterranean Gull was on Peasholm Park lake and another was on the rock armour off Marine Drive. 42 Fulmar and a Peregrine were on the castle headland, and a Water Rail was showing well at the Open Air Theatre. 3 Shoveler were at Scalby Mills, a Dipper and a Grey Wagtail were seen on Scalby Beck, and 450 Woodpigeons were to the north of the beck.
