Water Rail was seen this morning on the Open Air Theatre island, and another was seen at Seamer Road Mere, where there were also 5 Teal, 33 Tufted Duck, a drake Goosander and a Chiffchaff. 89 Wigeon, 5 Teal, a Shelduck and 45 Fieldfare were at Potter Brompton Carr, and a
Raven was seen flying over Harwood Dale. In Dalby Forest: there was a Little Egret and 2 Grey Wagtails at the Ellerburn Paper Mill lake, and 3 Marsh Tits and 2 Willow Tits at Pexton Lake. A
Great Egret was seen at Wykeham fishing lakes.
