Tuesday 26th January
A flock of 70+ Fieldfare and 20+ Redwings were in a field on the south-east edge of Wykeham Forest this morning. A Jack Snipe was flushed from a ditch near Pete's Pond (just east of Seamer Tip pool) and a Barn Owl was hunting nearby. 4 Barnacle Geese were with a goose flock near Seamer Tip bridge and 7 Pink-footed Geese could be seen distantly in the field below the tip pool.
