Wednesday 17th February
A Woodcock was seen at the Seamer Tip motorcycle track this morning, a Goosander was at Burton Riggs, and 5 Stockdoves and a Snipe were by Cayton approach road. 2 Lapland Buntings were again in the stubble field at Long Nab, where 294 Skylarks and an adult Lesser Black-backed Gull flew south and 7 Skylarks flew north. A Chiffchaff and 2 Grey Wagtails were at Thornton Dale sewage works.
