Sunday 17th October
A Little Egret flew south over Seamer Tip this morning, and a Jay was seen between Hutton Buscel and the A171. A Jack Snipe and 2 Snipe were flushed from the field at the top of Cornelian Ravine, while 2 Stonechats were in the ravine. 59 Teal were at Johnson's Marsh. 10 Whooper Swans at Wykeham Lakes (9 left south). Drake Mandarin Thornton le Dale. 40 Pink-footed Geese west over Pickering mid-morning, and 20 Fieldfares flew west over Hutton Buscel in the afternoon.
