Passage was again slower today and what migrants were about yesterday appear to have moved on.
On the move today (south unless stated) were 4 Red-throated Diver, 2 Golden Plover in, 1 Skylark, 544 Meadow Pipit, 1 Rock Pipit, 2 Grey Wagtail, 85 House Martin, 3 Swallow, 11 Starling, 31 Linnet and 15 Goldfinch.
The only migrants present between the Spa and Holbeck were 8 Chiffchaff and 1 Willow Warbler.
At Flotmanby there were 6 Teal, 1 Dunlin and 1 Reed Warbler, 8 Grey Heron and 8 Wigeon were on Johnson's Marsh, 60 House Martin gathered over Peasholme Gap in the evening and 4 Egyptian Geese were at Wykeham South Lake.
