The redhead Smew remained on Wykeham South Lake where there were also 4 Great Crested Grebe, 1 Pink-footed Goose, 209 Greylag Geese, 58 Canada Geese, 10 Mute Swan, 104 Mallard, 8 Gadwall, 17 Wigeon, 13 Teal, 14 Tufted Duck, 3 Pochard, 6 Goldeneye and 17 Coot.
Elsewhere the Firecrest was still at the Mere, 8 Whooper Swan were on Lebberston Carr, a Red-throated Diver and 25 Purple Sandpiper were in the Harbour, a Red-throated Diver, a Purple Sandpiper and a Guillemot were in North Bay, 430 Wigeon, an Eider, 11 Purple Sandpiper, 54 Redshank and a Bar-tailed Godwit were at Scalby Mills, 2 Goosander were on the Mere, 11 Curlew were at Scalby Lodge Pond and a Little Owl was at West Ayton Carr where 600 Wood Pigeon flew west.
On the move (south unless stated) were 3 Red-throated Diver, 16 Fulmar + 20 north, 10 Gannet, 3 Cormorant + 1 north, 3 Oystercatcher north, 1 Black-headed Gull north, 4 Common Gull + 3 north, 117 Herring Gull, 75 Great Black-backed Gull, 5 Guillemot and 5 Auk sp + 4 north.
