Migration watch; 18.00 - 19.20hrs.
Another fairly quiet day, Lesser Whitethroats were recorded in Hutton Buscel and Johnson's Marsh and Cuckoos were recorded at Helwath Beck and Grouse Hill, a pair of Stonechat were on Penny Howe Moor, 4 Little Ringed Plover, a Common Sandpiper and a Whitethroat were at Wykeham South Lake, a Green Woodpecker was at Ravensacr and an Egyptian Goose, 2 Shelduck, 2 Teal, 33 Lapwing, 1 Snipe and 3 Yellow Wagtail were at Potter Brompton Carr (no general access).
On the move (north unless stated) were 1 Cormorant south, 2 Eider, 1 Common Buzzard, 8 Snipe south, 1 Black-headed Gull, 6 Sandwich Tern + 2 south, 2 Sand Martin, 2 Swallow + 5 south, 2 Alba.
