Although rather quiet today the highlight was the first Hobby for the year flying east by the level crossing at Willerby and there were also 2 Corn Buntings in the village, one of which was singing.

Elsewhere a Turtle Dove was seen on roadside wires at Staintondale, there were 2 Little Ringed Plovers at Wykeham South Lake and a couple of Wheatears on Castle Hill.
