Monday 2nd August
Heading north past Long Nab this morning were: a Balearic Shearwater (close in), a Sooty Shearwater, 2 Red-breasted Mergansers and 2 Mediterranean Gulls. 130+ Swifts and 40+ House Martins flew through Johnson's Marsh in a 30 minute period. 2 Green Sandpipers were still at Northstile Pool, and a pair of Spotted Flycatchers were nearby feeding one or possibly two young.
