A second calendar year Iceland Gull and a Pomarine Skua flew south past Cornelian Bay ths morning, and 7 Pochard were present at Burton Riggs. A Little Egret, a Lapwing, 2 Goldeneye and 2 Marsh Tits were seen at Wykeham East Lake, while at South Lake there were: a Shelduck, 4 Pochard, 9 Goldeneye, 2 Gadwall, 5 Egyptian Geese, 4 Little Grebes, 7 Great Crested Grebes, 20 Cormorants, 4 Snipe, 15 Redwing and 12 Siskins. Along Long Causeway Road there were 60+ Linnets and 40+ Bramblings in the sheep field hedge, and the Little Owl was still in the tree by the embankment.
