5 Bottlenose Dolphins were spotted in South Bay this morning, heading south, while in Cornelian Bay there were 2 Red-throated Divers. 200+ Greylag Geese were in a field near Wykeham East Lake, where there were about 250 Lapwing and small groups of Bramblings flying south-west. 7 Whooper Swans were on the South Lake. A flock of about 100 Greylag Geese with one white bird was in a field near Jackson's Lane, between Oliver's Mount and Eastfield. The main highlight at Long Nab was a first winter Mediterranean Gull flying north. An adult Mediterranean Gull was at Seamer Tip large pool, together with 7 Gadwall and a single Teal. 84 Lapwings were at Harwood Dale Lake.
