8 Redwings were seen in Wrench Green this morning, and a large flock of Pink-footed Geese flew over North Bay. A Short-eared Owl flew in high over Scalby Nab shortly after midday before circling high over the Dean Road area and heading off towards the castle. A Barred Warbler was seen briefly at Crook Ness.
