A trickle of passage during the morning at Long Nab produced the following (south unless stated) 2 Red-throated Diver, 1 Shag, 2 Greylag Geese north, 2 Common Scoter north, 2 Red Kite north, 1 Kestrel north, 1 Dunlin, 2 Whimbrel north, 2 Curlew north, 5 Black-headed Gull, 5 Sandwich Tern north, 1 Swift, 1 Skylark, 72 Sand Martin, 128 Swallow + 17 north, 9 House Martin, 8 Meadow Pipit + 2 north, 1 Rock Pipit north, 27 Flava + 2 north, 2 Alba north, 2 Rook, 2 Carrion Crow + 6 north, 80 Goldfinch and 97 Linnet.
Migrants seen between Long Nab and Cornelian Bay included 1 Tree Pipit ( Long Nab), 4 Yellow Wagtail, 5 Wheatear, 5 Lesser Whitethroat, 6 Whitethroat, 4 Blackcap, 2 Grasshopper Warbler (Long Nab, Cornelian Bay), 14 Chiffchaff, 6 Willow Warbler, 1 Goldcrest and 1 Corn Bunting (Cromer Point).
Also reported were 4 Shelduck, 2 Dunlin and 2 Yellow Wagtail at Scalby Lodge Pond, a Whooper Swan (latest spring record), 6 Gadwall, 2 Shoveler, a Wigeon, a Little Ringed Plover, 8 Snipe and a Yellow Wagtail on Potter Brompton Carr (no general access), 2 Gadwall, 2 Shoveler and 2 Wheatear on Star Carr, 2 Shelduck an Eider and 2 Common Scoter in Cornelian Bay and 9 Wheatear on Seamer Carr.
