Migration watch: 10.00 – 11.30hrs.
On the move (north unless stated) were 2 Cormorant +1 south, 5 Meadow Pipit + 3 south and 1 Alba south.
The American Wigeon was at Scalby Mills, a Black-necked Grebe was in the Harbour, a Great Crested Grebe and 29 Tufted Duck were at the Mere, a Chiffchaff, 2 Pintail, 12 Shoveler, 7 Teal, 3 Wigeon and 60 Fieldfare were on Potter Brompton Carr (no general access), the first Bar-tailed Godwit flew southwest over Willerby Carr, 7 Snipe and 4 Jack Snipe were along Taylor Way, nearby a Shoveler, 10 Gadwall and 4 Coot were on Seamer Tip Pool. At Harwood Dale Lake there were 560 Common Gull, a Goosander and 2 Shelduck, a Green Woodpecker was at Scar Wood, 30 Linnet were on Willerby Carr, 3 Great Crested Grebe and 2 Coot were on Burton Riggs and a singing Chiffchaff was new near Morrisons at Seamer.
Along the coast 2 Goldcrest were new in Crook Ness with another in North Bay.
