The
Hen Harrier was seen again, between Crook Ness and Cromer Point, while 2 Goosanders flew north past Long Nab and 53 Manx Shearwaters flew south. An adult Mediterranean Gull was with 160 Black-headed Gulls in Burniston Bay. The Greenshank remained at Johnson's Marsh throughout the day, where there were also 15 Herons this evening. At Harwood Dale Lake there were 5 Black-tailed Godwits, a juvenile Shelduck, a juvenile Stonechat and 4 Mandarins. A Whimbrel was in Cornelian Bay this afternoon, and a Willow Warbler was in the ravine, while 6 Crossbills were seen at the rear of Northcliffe Avenue before flying off south-west. 2 Arctic Terns flew south at Long Nab this evening. Great White Egret was at Wykeham Lakes this morning.
