Thursday 9th September
A first-summer Little Gull at Wykeham Lakes(Water Park). 13 Grey Wagtails flew through South Cliff this morning, 12 of them south. A Little Egret was seen on Black Rocks while 4 Stonechats and a Whinchat were seen along the clifftops. A late Swift flew over Crossgates this afternoon. Highlights passing Long Nab include 2 Sooty Shearwaters, 3 Shoveler, 15 Golden Plover, 581 Black-headed Gulls and 8 Arctic Skuas.
