Thursday 16th March

 Two Shelduck were on Johnson's Marsh this morning raising hopes of breeding and four Stock Dove were in a Stepney garden. An adult Mediterranean Gull was at Scalby Mills and the Polish ringed Mediterranean Gull, PNN5 was again at Burton Riggs along with two Wigeon and a Grey Wagtail. Approximately 30 Redwing flew south there. A Hawfinch showed well briefly at 1500hrs at Hilla Green before flying west. A Greenshank was sound recorded over Crossgates last night.
