The first Snow Bunting of autumn flew south along the cliffs at Long Nab this morning, also a flock of 7 Grey Plover, 25 Common and 8 Sandwich Terns, 4 Arctic Skuas, 62 Red-throated Divers south. A 1cy Caspian Gull flew north. Another day of southbound Pink-footed Goose movement on a broad front; a minimum of 788 past. The Scarborough Naturalists boat trip towards Gristhorpe Bay produced 6 Red-throated Divers, 2 Arctic Skuas, and 12 Shags on the rocks at the bay.
