2 Turtle Doves were seen in Dalby Forest this morning in the Newclose Rigg area, plus 3 Willow Tit territories. At Wykeham Lakes there were 3 Egyptian Geese, a few Herring Gulls but little else. Despite the presence of lots of flowering thistles there were just a single Painted Lady and a pair of Emperor dragonflies. A family of 5+2 Curlews were seen on Seamer Meads.
