Seven Snow Buntings in the stubble field west of Long Nab Bird Observatory. Highlights moving past were a Dark-bellied Brent Goose, 25 Whooper Swans, Goosander, Arctic Tern, and Sandwich Tern. A Chiffchaff was with the tit flock on the south side of Castle Hill. 64 Mallard at Thornton le Dale. Kingfisher at the Open Air Theatre. At Seamer Road Mere; redhead Goosander, Shoveler, 3 Gadwall, 8 Little Grebes. No sign of the Red-necked Grebe at Wykeham East Lake, 10 Whooper Swans, 8 Gadwall, 7 Teal there. A Chiffchaff at Whin Bank.
