A Little Auk was seen off East Pier mid-afternoon, and later at 16.05 hrs flew out east. Six Snow Buntings were in the stubble field by Long Nab Bird Observatory, also a Jack Snipe there left west. Two Whooper Swans flew south, a Sandwich Tern and 19 Eiders flew north. What was presumably the same Sandwich Tern was on rocks at Scalby Mills early afternoon. 2000+ Pink-footed Geese feeding in the carrs west of Seamer. A Little Egret near Flixton. Three Pochard, 5 Tufted Ducks at Burton Riggs.
