26 Snow Buntings remain the stubble field at Long Nab. A Greater White-fronted Goose and three drake Goosanders at Burton Riggs. A Great Northern Diver distant from Castle Point and a Red-throated Diver near the harbour. A redhead Goosander was still at Seamer Road Mere. Highlights from the monthly WeBS count at North Yorkshire Water Park this morning: Red-necked Grebe still on East Lake along with a Green Sandpiper and Kingfisher. Three Goldeneye, 48 Gadwall, 21 Moorhen, 17 Coot and a Water Rail on the complex. Approximately 300 Starlings on the ploughed field south of the Water Sports Lake. 106 Wigeon and a Purple Sandpiper at Scalby Mills and 130 Pink-footed Geese (100N, 30S) over Hutton Buscel.
