On the move (south unless stated) were 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Common Buzzard, 15 Black-headed Gull, 3 Common Gull, 42 Skylark, 18 meadow Pipit, 10 Rock Pipit, 7 Alba, 1 Magpie, 14 Starling + 45 north, 44 Tree Sparrow, 20 Chaffinch, 4 Greenfinch, 27 Goldfinch, 40 Siskin, 20 Linnet, 2 Redpoll sp and 3 Reed Bunting.
In the Long Nab area were 1 Woodcock, 1 adult Yellow-legged Gull that moved north in the fields, 1 Short-eared Owl that came in off, 25 Skylark, 6 Blackbird, 10 Song Thrush, 1 Chiffchaff, 12 Goldcrest, 1 Coal Tit and 15 Siskin.
Elsewhere 2 Yellow-browed Warbler were on Castle Hill, the Ring Ouzel, 3 Chiffchaff and 4 Goldcrest were along Bent Rigg Lane and a Great Crested Grebe was in North Bay.
