A RICHARD'S PIPIT flushed at 14.05hrs from stubble north of the 'Obs' at Long Nab before leaving south was the highlight of a rather quiet day.
Also at Long Nab were 1 Song Thrush, 1 Blackcap, 2 Chiffchaff, 5 Goldcrest, 8 Siskin, 620 Linnet and 2 Lesser Redpoll.
A Redwing, 5 Chiffchaff, 3 Goldcrest and a Brambling were all that were on offer at Ravenscar, 2 Yellow-browed Warbler (1 new) were on Castle Hill, a Green Sandpiper, 2 Snipe, 15 Wigeon and 7 Teal were on Johnson's Marsh, a Snipe was by Scalby Lodge Pond and a Kingfisher and 2 Wheatear were in North Bay.
At least 30 House Martin remained over Hutton Buscel.

Recorded on the move were 12 Meadow Pipit, 1 Alba, 1 Grey Wagtail, 4 Redpoll sp, 7 Siskin and 9 Goldfinch south and 2 Great Skua north.
